The Desk Fee Structure
Unlike conventional advisory models or auction houses that charge heavy buyer’s premiums, Serenity operates as a dedicated purchase-side fiduciary agent.
We charge a flat 5% desk fee for allocations between $100,000 and $500,000, and a discounted 3% desk fee for high-volume deployments exceeding $500,000. This tiered structure aligns our interests entirely with yours—driving down your acquisition cost while providing complete invoice transparency.

Sourcing desk fees (3%–5%) apply strictly to raw asset acquisition costs. Desk fees do not include importation tariffs, customs duties, local or national sales taxes, physical shipping, high-value transit insurance, or third-party escrow fees. All domestic and international fulfillment logistics, customs clearance, taxes, and mandatory fully-insured courier coverage are calculated and billed separately upon final vault settlement. Serenity operates on flat service premiums only: all third-party fulfillment costs are passed through directly at true net cost, with zero logistics-side markup or administrative surcharges ever introduced by the Desk.
