Standard shipment processing takes an estimated 7 to 10 business days following the verification of your full payment. If you elect to add our Serenity Certified Purchase Protection or formal Appraisal Services, the total timeline is estimated at 15 to 20 business days to accommodate the master inspections. All eligible domestic shipments are sent with complimentary standard shipping and are fully insured through destination delivery.
What is the return policy if I change my mind?
Because of the high-value nature of our inventory, all sales are generally final. Any discretionary returns are strictly at the sole determination of Serenity Gallerie and require written authorization within three (3) days of delivery. If a discretionary return is approved, it is subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the Buyer’s Premium remains non-refundable.
