An exquisite cocktail ring, featuring a very rare 11.03 carats natural cabochon star ruby certified by AGTA as having a Burmese origin with a red color and no indication of heat treatment, set on a four prong setting. Surrounded by a halo of round brilliant cut diamonds and accented by two pear shape diamonds. Diamonds weigh 3.78 carats total. Finely made with a platinum mounting, 0.96 inch in length and 0.85 inch in width. Size 7 US, resizable upon request.
