Please note that completing the online checkout process does not constitute our acceptance of your offer to purchase. We will send you a Confirmation Notice via email to acknowledge that we are processing your order.

• Shipping Timelines: Loose, certified gemstones are shipped shortly after payment. All other jewelry and bespoke engagement rings will be shipped within one to three weeks, depending on the production schedule of the heirloom.
• Order Refusal: We reserve the right to decline any order prior to dispatch for legal, regulatory, or availability reasons. If we cannot supply your product, we will refund you in full as soon as possible.

Delivery & Risk

• The risk of loss or damage to your product passes to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order.
• If delivery is delayed or prevented due to factors beyond our control (e.g., material shortages, import delays), we will keep you informed but shall not be liable for the delay.

Prices for our pieces are listed on the Site. We accept all major credit cards and bank wire transfers.

• International Orders: Prices do not include international taxes and duties. These additional amounts will be applied at the discretion of customs and are the customer’s responsibility.
