Secure Label & Mailing: We will email you a secure, prepaid, and fully insured shipping label. Place your item in the original packaging, attach the label, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Conditions for Return & Exchange

To maintain the investment rarity of our collection, all returned merchandise must adhere to the following simple guidelines:

Condition: Items must be returned in new and unused condition, showing no signs of wear or alteration by a jeweler other than Serenity Gallerie. Items showing obvious signs of wear or alteration will not be accepted.

Documentation: Loose diamonds must be accompanied by the original laboratory grading report, or a $150 fee will be deducted from the refund if this certificate is missing.

Authorization: Packages shipped without a confidential authorization number, packages arriving after the 30-day period, or packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will not be accepted.

Exclusions: Special orders, due to their bespoke nature, are non-returnable.

Sizing and Adjustments

Precision is key to high jewelry. While most rings can be resized, certain designs, like eternity bands and tension rings, require a complete re-crafting and cannot be resized. We recommend utilizing our sizing tools or contacting us prior to purchase to ensure the perfect fit for your enduring legacy.
